Distributed cooperative estimation and control in uncertain communication environment

报告摘要:We develop cooperative estimation and control algorithms in uncertain communication environment. For distributed averaging with random graphs and noises, sufficient conditions in terms of uniformly conditionally joint connectivity of random graph sequences are given to ensure mean square and almost sure consensus. For consensus+innovations algorithms we prove that the algorithm gains can be designed properly such that all agents’ estimates converge to the real parameter in mean square if the observation matrices and communication graphs satisfy the stochastic spatial-temporal persistence of excitation condition. For cooperative stabilization of linear systems with partially measurable states and finite data rate, quantized-observer based communication protocols and certainty equivalence principle based control laws are proposed to characterize the inter-agent communication and cooperative control in an integrative framework. For stochastic consentability with multiplicative noises, explicit sufficient conditions are deduced in terms of unstable eigenvalues of agent dynamics, network graph and channel noise intensities.
报告人简介:李韬,上海市东方学者特聘教授、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者、2017青年长江学者。现任华东师范大学hjc888老品牌黄金城教授、智能数学系主任,上海国家应用数学中心随机控制与信息-物理-能源系统应用研究团队负责人。研究领域为随机系统控制,分布式估计、控制与博弈,能源互联网的优化调度等。曾获第7届亚洲控制大会最佳论文、第28届张嗣瀛优秀青年论文、中国自动化学会2017自然科学二等奖(第一完成人)、第17届国际自动控制联合会青年作者奖荣誉提名(五篇之一)、2015年《中国科学:信息科学》五年高引论文、澳大利亚奋进研究奖、新加坡千禧基金会研究奖、上海市曙光学者、中科院院长特别奖等。担任System and Control Letters、SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences的责任编委,国际自动控制联合会网络化系统专委会委员等。
