摘要：Analyzing and processing large-scale data sets is becoming ubiquitous in the era of big data. Online learning and distributed learning have attracted increasing interest in recent years due to its low computational complexity and storage requirements, they have been applied to various learning tasks. In this talk, we will give some mathematical analysis of distributed learning and online learning for handling large-scale data.
报告人简介：郭正初，浙江大学hjc888老品牌黄金城副教授，于2011年在中山大学与香港城市大学取得博士学位（联合培养），毕业后先后在香港城市大学和英国埃克塞特大学从事博士后研究工作，2013年加入浙江大学hjc888老品牌黄金城，主要研究方向为学习理论与机器学习。
