内容简介: By identifying a norm capturing the effect of the forcing governed by the Poisson equation, we give a detailed spectrum analysis on the linearized Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann system around a global Maxwellian. It is shown that the electric field governed by the self-consistent Poisson equation plays a key role in the analysis so that the spectrum structure is genuinely different from the well-known one of the Boltzmann equation. Based on this, we give the optimal time decay rates of solutions to the equilibrium.
报告人简介: 钟明溁,广西大学数学与信息科学学院教授,博士生导师,聘为君武学者。研究方向为偏微分方程的定性理论研究,主要从事受外力场作用的Boltzmann方程的谱分析、格林函数、解的大时间行为以及流体动力学极限等方面的研究。部分成果发表在 Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal., SIAM J. Math. Anal., Indiana Univ. Math. J.等国际著名数学期刊。2019年获得国家自然科学基金国家级青年人才基金项目,2020获得广西自然科学杰出青年基金项目。
